On the Palate: The palate allures with flavors of loganberry, cherry liquor, cedar spice and coffee. Balanced acidity and French oak barrel notes create a profile of opulence and fresh red fruit flavors.

Food Pairings: Pairs well with savory dishes and sweet sauces like Moroccan lamb meatballs, roasted herb rack of lamb, French cassoulet with pork, seafood bisque and ratatouille.
