Domaine Willamette is dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wines. Our Blanc de Blancs is crafted from estate-grown Chardonnay using méthode traditionnelle where the wine goes through secondary fermentation in this bottle.
On the Nose: Golden bubbles shine in the glass with delicate aromas of honeysuckle, golden apple, butter cream and marzipan.
On the Palate: The sweet aromas balance a tart palate of green apple, lemon curd and grapefruit. Medium-bodied, the wine carries fresh acidity with a lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Enjoy this sparkling wine with savory dishes like creamy pasta or crispy chicken, seafood dishes and citrusy desserts like lemon poppyseed cake.
