2021 Griffin Creek Cabernet Franc

For more than two decades we have been working with the Moore family, dedicated stewards growing the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. The Rogue Valley is an emerging Oregon region with temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions.

On the Nose: Deep ruby in color, the wine opens with spice notes of white pepper and black tea, then leans into softer vanilla, blackberry, plums and espresso aromas.

On the Palate: A rich body and tannins carry flavors of boysenberry, cranberry, coffee, olive and sage to a lingering finish.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with braised sausage and fennel, barbecue ribs and Mediterranean farro salad, with the option of added salmon.
