2021 Domaine Willamette Méthode Traditionnelle Brut

Domaine Willamette is dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wines. Our Brut is crafted from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using méthode traditionnelle. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle — a process known as "tirage" — and is aged on its lees for 24 to 30 months to develop complexity while preserving vibrancy before disgorgement.

On the Nose: Fine bubbles elevate a classic sparkling bouquet of honeycomb, puff pastry and ripe golden apple.

On the Palate: Fresh, bright flavors of ripe pear, green mango and sugared lemon deliver a complex palate. The elegant structure, round mouthfeel and balanced acidity combine for a graceful finish.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with a celebratory toast or at the start of a meal. This wine is versatile enough for dessert pairings like lemon bars and fruit salad, delicate seafood dishes like fresh oysters or mussels over linguine, truffle popcorn and soft cheeses.
