An illustration of the art of blending, Signature Cuvée is our Winemaker's selection from the finest barrels sourced from our Estate, Elton and Tualatin Estate Vineyards. With site driven diversity, we are able to craft this wine to our precise and quality standards.

On the Nose: A wonderfully complex wine that delivers an array of opulent fruit, cedar, lavender and baking spices.

On the Palate: This wine shows a harmonious balance of structure, richness and acidity with ripe tannins and a lingering finish. Toasty, sweet and vanilla-like characteristics frame the wine. With site driven diversity, we are able to craft this wine to our precise and quality standards.

Food Pairings: Partner with cedar plank salmon, coq au vin, grilled lamb sirloin with cocoa rub, butternut squash risotto with gorgonzola and fig pâté with fresh pita.
