For more than two decades we have been working with the Moore family, dedicated stewards growing the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. The Rogue Valley is an emerging Oregon region with temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions.
On the Nose: Deep garnet in color with aromas of blackberry, herbs, leather and vanilla.
On the Palate: The gamey entry compliments flavors of plums and earth. Full-bodied with a tannin structure to match.
Food Pairing: A perfect pairing for grilled meats like Hanger Steak with marinated Mushrooms, Parmesan and Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Seafood and Chorizo Paella.
