2009 Signature Cuvée Pinot Noir
An illustration of the art of blending, Signature Cuvée is our Winemaker's selection from the finest barrels sourced from our Estate, Elton and Tualatin vineyards. With site-driven diversity, we craft this wine to our precise and quality standards.
Incredibly complex from the years of bottle aging, this Pinot Noir delivers aromas of red currant, leather, graphite, and black cherries. The palate is lively with bright marionberry, cedar, dried sage, and forest floor.
Food Pairings: Lamb Shanks with Barley Risotto, Duck Causoulet, Salmon Chowder and Wild Mushroom Terrine.
