Bill Fuller planted his Gewürztraminer grape vines at Tualatin Estate Vineyard in 1973, inspired by wine that thrived for centuries in France and Germany. He revived the wine in 2022, making it according to his traditional methods. Bill’s Gewürztraminer shows off intense floral aromas, varietal character and excellent acid levels.

On the Nose: Pale yellow with brilliant clarity, the delicate yet abundant aromas include lilac, jicama, honey, pear and lemon meringue.

On the Palate: The palate of honeydew, grapefruit, edelweiss and paprika spice are typical in Gewürztraminer wine. Sourced from Tualatin Hills AVA and crafted in a classic German style to accentuate the naturally perceived fruit flavors. The wine presents a rich mid-palate and a fresh finish.

Food Pairings: Indian and Thai curry dishes with aromatics and spice, halibut, mahi-mahi, Alsatian bacon and onion tart (tarte flambée) and apple strudel.
