2023 Whole Cluster Pinot Noir
Medium pink in color, the nose offers fragrant and bright aromas of ripe cherries, blood orange, hibiscus flowers, and crushed herbs, lending to a fruity and refreshing rosé. The palate is dry to off-dry, and the alcohol and body are balanced. Flavors of fresh-cut watermelon, cherry blossoms and ripe strawberries gather on the palate. Refreshing acidity creates an energetic finish that carries long beyond the sip.
2021 Pambrun Cabernet Sauvignon
Crimson red in the glass, the wine shines with alluring aromatics of crushed herb, black currant and red clay. The French oak barrels add flavors of toasted oak, dark chocolate and fresh espresso. Time in the barrel lends to a fruit-forward finish with lively tannins and an opportunity to age this bottle for years to come.
2021 Griffin Creek Cabernet Franc
Deep ruby in color, the wine opens with spice notes of white pepper and black tea, then leans into softer vanilla, blackberry, plums and espresso aromas. A rich body and tannins carry flavors of boysenberry, cranberry, coffee, olive and sage to a lingering finish.
2021 Maison Bleue Voyageur Syrah
Rich hues of plum and purple in the glass. The wine opens with subtle violet aromas and settles into dense blackberry and leather. An enticing palate of fig jam, balsamic and black olive creates a tasting silhouette that is both savory and sweet. This wine is from The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater, known for cobblestone terroir contouring the taste with heavy viscosity and powerful fruit flavors. The wine pairs well with savory and spicy foods.
