For more than two decades we have been working with the Moore family, dedicated stewards growing the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. The Rogue Valley is an emerging Oregon region with temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions.

On the Nose: The Rogue Valley grapes bring rich shades of imperial purple to the wine. Diverse aromatics come into focus with cherry, cedar and bell pepper.

On the Palate: The full flavor of the wine gives fruit notes of cherry compote and jam beside leather and baking spice. The ample weight and rounded body on the palate balance with the natural tannin to give the wine a light spice.

Food pairings: Try with jerk lamb chops, pulled pork sliders with pickled red peppers and Mediterranean farro salad with the option of added salmon.
