Sourced from Winter's Hill Vineyard in the Dundee Hills, the site sits upon a gentle, south-facing slope with iron rich, Jory soil. This volcanic soil has excellent minerality and drainage, lending itself to a more focused wine with great purity of fruit and texture.

On the Nose: Medium ruby in color, enticing aromas of cherry pie, graham cracker, cinnamon and red licorice.

On the Palate: Flavors of cherry liquor, anise, cola, dried porcini mushrooms and terracotta wash over the palate along with a bright acidity and smooth finish. 

Food pairings: Enjoy with pork tenderloin with a balsamic cherry sauce reduction and roast turkey.
