The Collection:

2020 Pinot Gris
Our go-to white wine for seafood. Enjoy with fresh Dungeness crab, grilled salmon, marinated shrimp or other light fish with a citrus or miso glaze. Also, enjoy with poultry such as pesto baked chicken or Thai chicken lettuce wraps, seasonal salads and medium cheeses.

2020 Griffin Creek Viognier
Enjoy with rich seafood dishes like scallops, shellfish or grilled halibut and Asian style dishes including Thai chicken lettuce wraps with peanut sauce and caramelized Vietnamese chicken wings.

2019 Vintage 46 Chardonnay
Pair with both rich and delicate dishes including grilled halibut with sweet corn salsa, steamed clams, soups like French onion or curried butternut squash, hush puppies, lobster mac ‘n cheese, brined turkey and soft cheeses.

2019 Vintage 46 Pinot Noir
Enjoy with seared ahi tuna, smoky pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes, creamy Dijon chicken, apricot and honey glazed ham, chicken marsala and savory bread pudding with mushrooms and caramelized onions.

2019 Dijon Clone Chardonnay
Pair with seafood dishes like grilled halibut over peaches, seafood linguine, chicken pot pie or creamy soups, rice or potato dishes, fresh salads with vinaigrettes and hard cheeses like aged white cheddar.

2017 Bernau Estate Brut
Enjoy in a toast during a celebration, or on its own before the start of a meal. Pair with delicate seafood dishes like fresh oysters, sashimi and grilled scallops or salty, creamy or nutty foods like fried calamari or chicken, caesar salad and soft cheeses.
