About the wines:

2021 Bernau Block Pinot Noir
Deep garnet colored in the glass, the wine opens with a nose of bramble fruit, plum, herbs and graphite notes. Showcasing concentration, the palate is packed with flavors of red and black fruit framed by cedar, dark chocolate and cinnamon spice. The highly-structured, persistent tannins and balancing acidity suggest this wine will further reward those with patience.

2021 Elton Pinot Noir
Ruby in color, the wine expresses savory characteristics on the nose including dried herbs, minerality, red earth and wood spice. The palate is juicy and round, with Bing cherry, cranberry, raspberry and alluring spice that reaches a finale of balancing acidity and integrated tannins.

2021 Tualatin Estate Pinot Noir
With rich ruby tones, the nose offers pleasant aromas of sweet tobacco, cinnamon and black plum. This Pinot Noir shows deep flavors of wild blackberry, fig spread, cedar and cinnamon spice. The wine lingers on the palate with a long finish intertwined with characteristics from the French oak barrel aging.
