2022 Pinot Blanc
Sourced from a small planting at our Tualatin Estate Vineyard, the grape clusters are whole cluster pressed and aged in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels.
On the Nose: Pale straw in color, the nose features aromas of wet limestone and lemon rind with soft notes of edelweiss and vanilla macaron.
On the Palate: Delicate flavors of pear, honeydew and golden apple unfold on the palate. A rich mid-palate and bright, balancing acidity take the sip to an energetic finish.
Food Pairings: Pairs well with dishes such as clam linguini or sea scallops, corn fritters with avocado salsa, cacio e pepe potato gnocchi, light salads and soft cheeses.
