2019 Bernau Estate Pinot Noir

This single vineyard designate from our Bernau Estate Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. Named in honor of our Founder Jim Bernau, Bernau Estate is the home of our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine facility.

On the Nose: The bouquet opens with red fruits of fresh cherries and raspberries accented by warm baking spices, anise and caramel.

On the Palate: Classic and restrained on the palate, the medium-bodied wine offers the addition of dark fruits and graphite flavors that conclude with fine-grain tannins and a bright finish.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with smoked salmon and leek tarts, chicken stuffed with marinated Portobello mushrooms, hazelnut-crusted salmon, roasted root vegetables and medium cheeses.
