Sourced from a small planting at our Tualatin Estate Vineyard, the grape clusters are whole cluster pressed and aged in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels.
On the Nose: Lemon in color, the wine opens with aromas of pear, lychee and golden apple on the nose.
On the Palate: A medium-bodied, round mid-palate with flavors that mirror aromas with the addition of white florals and chamomile that are resolved by balancing acidity for a long-lingering finish.
Food Pairings: Green curry dishes, oysters, baked halibut with lemon and capers, farro salad with feta and mint, light pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
Peak Drinkability: 2020 - 2023.
