On the Nose: Ruby in color, the wine offers vibrant notes of cherry, raspberry, dusty earth, sweet cigar smoke and anise on the nose.
On the Palate: The aromas give rise to a succulent palate with flavors of red fruits, savory herbs, graphite and baking spices that lay over a frame of seamless, fine-grain tannins, balancing acidity, silky texture and persistent finish.
Food Pairings: Pair with beef, pork, charcuterie, roasted chicken and firm savory cheeses.
