An illustration of the art of blending, the Signature Cuvée is selected from the finest barrels sourced from our Estate, Elton and Tualatin Estate Vineyards. Characterized by blue fruit and minerality, the nose opens with blueberry, boysenberry, graphite, wet stone and herbal notes. The palate is firm flavors of blackberry, baking spice and red earth framed by integrated tannins and balancing acidity. With site driven diversity, we are able to craft this wine to our precise and quality standards.
Food Pairings: Cedar plank salmon, filet mignon with blackberry compote, baked ziti with mushrooms and caramelized onions, pork roast with fennel and sausage and aged cheeses.
