On the nose: A deep, ruby colored wine offering an elegant bouquet of plum, red cherry, dusty earth, purple florals, chai spice and cedar on the nose.
On the Palate: The aromas give way to a seamless palate with flavors of bramble fruit, red currant, savory herbs, earthy minerality and sweet baking spice of vanilla and cocoa powder that lay over the structure of refined tannins and balancing acidity.
Food Pairings: Pair with beef, pork, charcuterie, roasted chicken and firm savory cheeses.
