On the Palate: A lively palate offering notes of blackberry, cranberry, pumpkin spice and toasted oak leads into a firm, structured finish.
Food Pairings: Pork chops with balsamic glazed peaches, butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sauce, cedar-planked roasted mushrooms and candied carrots.
