This wine opens with compelling notes of black cherry, plum, dried sage and baking spice, with hints of olive tapenade and cured meat on the back end. The palate is finely textured, full-bodied, rich and balanced with a lively and long finish. There is a compelling finesse and sense of subtlety to this wine. Only 115 cases produced.

This wine is drinkable upon release, but will gracefully age for the next 10 - 15 years.
