Black cherries and violets give way to dark and savory aromatics of black olives, smoked meat and sun-baked earth. On the palate, there is a marked sense of subtlety and restraint given the power and complexity of this wine. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and finessed with fine-grained tannins and a mix of fruit and savory elements that linger on the finish. Only 89 cases produced.

This wine is drinkable upon release, but will gracefully age for the next 10 - 15 years.
