Pinot Noir reaches its full potential in the cool-climate of the Willamette Valley. In this climate, the grape is able to fully express its complex personality. This wine was specially blended from barrel lots from our AVA Series vineyard sites to create a wine displaying the uniqueness of the individual appellations, while coming together to showcase Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
On the Nose: Ruby in color and offering a nose of tart cherry, fresh raspberry, red earth and minerality.
On the Palate: Flavors of red and dark fruits, florals, forest floor and wood spice. Medium-bodied with an elegant structure and bright acidity.
Food Pairings: Pair with coq au vin, braised short rib with pappardelle pasta, mushroom tarts and aged cheeses.
Peak Drinkability: 2020-2025.
