Crafted by Oregon wine pioneer Bill Fuller, Founder of Tualatin Estate Vineyard, using his favorite blocks and traditional techniques. The wine features a nose of lemon, vanilla creme and butterscotch with a palate offering notes of pineapple, orange blossoms and papaya. Characterized by its creamy texture and zesty acidity, the wine features a juicy core, beautiful movement on the palate and incredible length in the finish.
Food Pairings: Rich seafood dishes including halibut with cream sauce, antipasto platters with marinated vegetables, hard cheese and cured meats, pork tenderloin with apple and sweet potato chutney, and chicken pot pie.
