Our inaugural Brut Rosé offers a radiant salmon color, fine mousse and rich fruit-forward aromas of rose petal, strawberry, tart cherry, white peach and nectarine that blend with subtle notes of honey and spiced almonds. Flavors of red fruits, citrus and florals lay over the energetic palate that offers a creamy texture, elegant structure, persistent length and balancing acidity for a fresh, zesty finish.

Offering great food pairing versatility and the ability to elevate any occasion, enjoy at the start of any gathering or with breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert dishes including eggs benedict, beet salad with citrus and goat cheese, orange-cured salmon, antipasto platters with almonds and charcuterie, soft cheeses like triple cream brie and olive oil cake with lemon curd.
