Made with Dijon clones planted more than 20 years ago by our Founder Jim Bernau, this wine is characterized by its full-bodied flavors and palate richness. Expressing aromas of apple cider, ripe citrus, and floral blossoms, the bright acidity lengthens the palate carrying through additional flavors of baking spice and honeycomb. The gentle oak influence puts a finish of hazelnuts around the juicy core.
