Our 2014 AVA Pinot Noir Series represents the different areas within the Willamette Valley American Viticulture Area including Chehalem Mountains, Dundee Hills, McMinnville, Ribbon Ridge and Yamhill-Carlton. Made with the same winemaking techniques, these wines express the terroir of their unique vineyard sites.
The 2014 Yamhill-Carlton AVA Series Pinot Noir has a nose of cedar, milk chocolate and caramel which lead into a palate featuring blue fruit, minerality and forest floor. Texture driven with a full-bodied mouthfeel, balanced acidity, oak integration, tannin length and polish.
Food Pairings: Steak Tartare, Autumn Bibimbap with Brussels Sprouts and Squash, and Mushroom and Lentils Empanadas.
Peak Drinkability: 2017 - 2021.
