An illustration of the art of blending, Signature Cuvée is our Winemaker's selection from the finest barrels sourced from our Estate, Elton and Tualatin Estate Vineyards. With site driven diversity, we are able to craft this wine to our precise and quality standards.

On the Nose: Crimson currant color, boysenberry, pomegranate seeds and Bing cherry fruit are fused with earth notes of sage, thyme, baking spices (nutmeg & cardamom), red teas.

On the Palate: Silky tannins that are approachable, plush and mouth coating like semi-sweet chocolate. 

Food Pairings: Pork Tenderloin with a cherry glaze with mushroom/veal ravioli, Osso Buco over black truffle risotto.
