Our Pambrun wines are inspired by the rich history of the Walla Walla Valley when Pierre and Kitty Pambrun operated the Nez Perce Trading Post for the Hudson's Bay Company in 1832 and Pierre became Walla Walla’s First Citizen.
On the Nose: Featuring a perfumed bouquet of boysenberries, violets, tobacco leaf and minerality.
On the Palate: The smooth mouthfeel releases dense layers of flavors including blackberries, dried herbs, anise and cedar. Fine-grained, bold tannins and balancing acidity give ample power, structure, energy and finish to create a memorable profile.
Food Pairing: Filet mignon with roast peppercorn, rack of lamb, hearty meatballs and winter vegetable stew.
