This single vineyard designate comes from Bernau  in the Dundee Hills. Named in honor of our Founders Jim and Jan Bernau, this vineyard is the home of Domaine Willamette, our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine facility.

On the Nose: Our Dundee Hills single vineyard designate presents scarlet hues. Fruit notes and barrel toast intrigue the nose, moving from cherry cola to black tea and anise.

On the Palate: Abundant aromatics of boysenberry and cherry mirror red fruit flavors on the palate. Bright flavors of the Pinot Noir grapes are offset with barrel toast of cedar and vanilla.

Food Pairings: Enjoy with a roasted beet salad with goat cheese, garlic pork medallions, braised chicken with morels and polenta, mushroom risotto and medium cheeses.
