On the Nose: Garnet in color, this wine showcases aromas and flavors of plum, blackberry, earth and florals.
On the Palate: Silky tannins and balancing acidity creates a soft, round finish carrying lasting notes of juicy cherry and dark chocolate.
Food Pairing: Lamb shoulder with harissa and dill, beef stroganoff, fig and balsamic topped pork chops and herb infused goat cheese.
