Celebrating Bill Fuller’s milestone 46th vintage in Oregon, our 2019 Vintage 46 Pinot Noir is crafted by Bill from his favorite blocks at Tualatin Estate Vineyard using his traditional techniques.
On the Nose: Deep garnet in color, the bouquet offers notes of raspberry purée, fresh red cherries, florals including violets and rose, dusty earth and milk chocolate.
On the Palate: Medium-bodied and lively with flavors mirroring aromas with the addition of cranberry and wood spices. The finish is soft, round and long-lived with integrated tannins.
Food Pairings: Enjoy with smoky pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes, creamy Dijon chicken, apricot and honey glazed ham, chicken marsala and savory bread pudding with mushrooms and caramelized onions.
