For more than two decades we have been working with growers Don and Traute Moore, crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. With temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region.
On the Nose: A nose of blackberry compote, spiced plums, anise and baking spices emerges from the glass.
On the Palate: Offers a silky entry with notes of brambled fruit, tart cherry, soft florals, dried herbs and dark chocolate laying elegantly over a well-structured frame with persistent tannins and balancing acidity.
Food Pairings: Pair with BBQ lamb sliders, baked penne with prosciutto and fontina, beef chili, French onion soup and charcuterie boards.
