Picked late in the season to develop high levels of sugar and flavor and then commercially frozen to concentrate the juice creating a deliciously sweet dessert wine.

On the Nose: Notes of Meyer lemon emerge from the glass and leads into additional aromatics of peach, pineapple, brown sugar and key lime pie.

On the Palate: Flavors mirror aromas with added apricot and floral notes on the lush and juicy palate. The finish is bright and clean with an energetic note of citrus that lingers far beyond the sip.

Food Pairings: Lemon Bars, Peach Cobbler, Key Lime Pie, Lavender Creme Brulee, and Blue Cheese.
