For more than two decades we have been working with growers Don and Traute Moore, crafting the highest-quality wines from their Rogue Valley vineyards since 1989. With temperatures similar to France's Bordeaux or Rhône regions, this area is an emerging Oregon region.
On the Nose: Ruby in the glass, the nose offers aromas of cherry cordial, blackberry, milk chocolate, vanilla and baking spices.
On the Palate: Smooth and inviting with flavors of juicy red and black fruit, cassis and cedar, with fine grain tannins and a long, lingering finish that brings along notes of mocha and red cherry.
Food Pairings: Pair with Oregon lamb, porketta roast, cassoulet and dark chocolate torte.
Peak Drinkability: 2020 - 2026.
