2022 Maison Bleue Voltigeur Viognier
Pale gold with brilliant clarity, the nose invites with elegant notes of mixed fruits, peach, jasmine flower and minerality. Unique to the Viognier grape, the palate holds delicious flavors of baked peaches, stone fruit and crème brûlée. The wine is aged in French oak which lends to rich viscosity and a prolonged finish on the palate.
Food Pairings: Enjoy with spicy or savory dishes, including rich seafood dishes, baked salmon, chicken Pad Thai and creamy mushroom risotto.
